      浙江在线杭州4月9日讯 (见习记者 王黎婧)  “没有‘无犯罪记录证明’这张通行证，我去不了广交会啊。要是错过参展机会，这可怎么办？”车志强这几天大感焦虑。他是浙江理工大学大四学生，目前在嘉善某金属制品有限公司实习，此次广交会，他将代表公司去参展。　　眼看时间一天天过去，这个最重要的“无犯罪记录证明”还没有到手，车志强担忧不已。一早他就拨通杭州“12345”市长热线寻求帮忙。
　　进广交会需“无犯罪记录证明”？
　　4月2日，广交会组委会突然以保证大会安全为由，要求凡进入馆内的人必须出示公安机关开具的无犯罪记录证明(国外采购商除外)，否则不给办证。
　　这消息可急坏了车志强，“我都买好了后天的票了。知道消息后马上就去办了，但是派出所不给办啊，说是不符合开具这个证明的情况。”有“中国第一展会”之称的广交会在国人中享有很高的知名度，因此，本届广交会的新规定成了这几天网友评论的焦点。应该说，举办任何展会，由于商贾云集，熙来攘往，安全问题无疑要放到首位。然而，对广交会组委会这个让许多参展商“突然吃了闷棍”的规定，相信即使是局外人也会在心底亮起反对牌。“以前没有听说过要办理这个证明啊，不知道这届广交会怎么就突然这么规定了，时间很紧急，派出所还不给办理。”作为参展商之一的车同学为这事实在没少烦恼。

　　记者就此时联系了广交会组委会，广交会秘书处陈小姐表示，广交会之前没有实行过出具“无犯罪记录证明”这样的规定，这是第一次，由国家商务部规定，主要是出于安全考虑。
　　陈小姐说，如果没有“无犯罪记录证明”，就不能进入参展。她建议参与者去户籍所在地派出所开“无犯罪记录证明”；如果办理不成，去所在省份的商务厅办理即可。

　　“主办方太幼稚了，现代社会的一大退步。这就叫解放思想?”、“出于安全的考虑是必要的，但要求出具这样的证明，科技含量是很低的，如果真的有不法分子，造假证明简单得很。主办方为什么不采取更加科学、严密的防范措施？”、“不知道谁赋予他们这样的权力？安全固然重要，但是这样的途径合适吗？不能安装相关安保设备吗？”
